Life Under Canvas offer free next working day delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are still despatched on a next working day service but there is a charge for this.
Regular deliveries are made during working days, Mon-Fri between 08:00 and 17:00 (except during public holidays).
We aim to despatch on the day that the order is placed, if it is placed on a working day and before 1pm, or the next working day if not.
If an order is placed after 1pm it will not be possible to despatch on the same day. It will be despatched the following working day.
All of our tents are sent with TNT on an Express 24 hour service. Our smaller items including inners, awnings, stoves and bell tent mats are sent with Yodel 24 hour services. We aim to deliver within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed.
We cannot absolutely guarantee next day delivery as we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to the courier delivery service. As a result delivery can at times be up to 72 hours. We will contact you by email or telephone if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond 7 days (unless otherwise stated on our website).
There is a charge for delivery to Southern Ireland (The Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and the islands of the UK (such as Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and Guernsey).
Delivery charges to these locations are determined by the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being ordered, and the delivery charges enforced by our carriers at the time of ordering.

We recommend you do this before placing your order so that you can make an informed decision knowing the full cost of the goods including delivery. If specific delivery arrangements are required and a quicker delivery date is essential additional charges may also apply.
We do not offer shipping to Europe and the rest of the world, but it is possible for our customers to organise a courier for the goods to be collected from our warehouse. We are able too issue an Ex UK VAT invoice for overseas deliveries but please be aware that your consignment may be subject to local VAT and customs charges.
